I was a kid actor who blossomed into a successful NYC theatre performer. (Dancer, Actress, Singer - in that order.)
By my late 20's, an eating disorder shut it all down where my body, my career, and my life were no longer functioning.
After licking my wounds and turning serious challenges into opportunistic gifts, I ran a booming midtown Manhattan holistic health practice, facilitated culture-shifting workshops for global organizations like Amway Global and KPMG, and partnered with media giants to create custom digital courses.
Today, I work with top-level leaders who are done with surface-level success.
